Ruma Pro is an innovative stable liquid solution of calcium
bound urea. This patented form of slow release non-protein
nitrogen (NPN) provides improved safety, efficiency and
cost effectiveness to the livestock industry.
The sustained release properties of Ruma Pro have shown
to provide improved performance over feed grade urea and
expensive natural protein products. The calcium and urea
are released slowly enough to efficiently supply calcium
and ammonia for an eight to twelve hour period. This slow
release of NPN facilities the breakdown of organic matter
and protein synthesis over a normal digestive period. Ruma
Pro's slow release action virtually eliminates the potential

Dairies
Ruma Pro's unique handling and nutritional qualities make it an excellent source
of slow release NPN and highly digestible calcium for dairy diets. Ruma Pro mixes
well with all types of liquid supplements and can e added directly to the TMR.
Due to its slightly "tacky" consistency, Ruma Pro helps bind fines in dry rations.
Range Cattle
Ruma Pro is an excellent source of protein for range supplementation. Because
of its unique properties, Ruma Pro should more nearly match the energy available
in the rumen of range animals and therefore provide a more suitable form of protein
supplementation. Highly digestible calcium also makes Ruma Pro an excellent ingredient
for range products.
